Because I stupidly keep privatizing my recipe for roasted broccoli, I'm gonna post this publicly and you can all enjoy it any time you want. Leave comments if you like it!

- one broccoli crown
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
- parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425. Wash and dry broccoli crown. Cut the florets off into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and delicious and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

This is the tastiest way to get your veggies ever.

P.S. You might wanna double it. Trust me on this.

Minus the cheese, this is what I've been making lately. Try the same thing with green beans too! I also like oven roasted carrots with salt and hot pepper flakes. So good.

If you're not a dairy person, maybe some nutritional yeast would be good. :)
